Adventure Series: Flying Squirrel - May 3
Practice your skills in cooperative games, then put on a harness, helmet, and gloves, and get ready to FLY. Participants and adults work together to launch a girl 25 feet into the air and lower her gently to the ground. One adult from each troop must participate as an anchor for the group. This involves wearing a harness, running 50 feet, and being free of back and neck problems.

Troops work together to navigate the islands, travel the wild woozy, cross the spider web and get across the nitro swing to reach the giant's ladder and trapeze leap! We recommend you participate in Team Challenge, Adventure Team and/or the Climbing Wall before Extreme Team. Take home an extreme team patch. This is a 2 hour program, and Juniors must be in 5th grade or up.

May Mosaics for Mom and Me - May 10
Learn all about mosaics in this fun, hands-on workshop. Make a gift for mom as you choose a wooden shape, paint it and then add colorful and unique tiles. You can also make a special card for mom using lots of unique materials.Then make some edible art for yourself with a mosaic that will tickle your tastebuds.

This famous institution was a pioneer in hands-on museum design and among the first to bring science down to earth in a way that is easily understood. These special overnight programs inspire children to discover science in an entertaining, educational, and interactive way. A typical Camp-In includes a variety of hands-on science activities, science demonstrations, an Omni show, a late night program, and plenty of time to explore the museum . The program runs from 5:00p until 11:00a the next morning.

Your girls are growing up, new girls are joining your troop and the peer pressure is taking over! This program is designed for new Junior troops, or troops who just "flew up" to Juniors this Fall. At Team Challenge, your troop will practice skills for meeting new people and making new friends, working together to make decisions and solve problems, and build teamwork skills. Girls will use these skills while solving team challenges, and take away skills that will help their year go smoothly. We recommend this program before girls participate in Adventure Team. Note: Juniors must be in 3rd or 4th grade.
