2006 - 2007 Training Calendar

Training is a service provided by Spar and Spindle Girl Scout Council for Girl Scout and community volunteers. Training gives volunteers the skills and knowledge needed to provide quality experiences and Girl Scouting to all girls. Spar and Spindle has a commitment to serving all girls. There are also workshops on such topics as behavior and learning disorders; physical, hearing and visual disorders; and health impairments and mental retardation.

Spar and Spindle learning opportunities are open to interested adults and Senior Girl Scouts.

In addition to enhancing the experience you can provide for girls, courses offer you the chance to learn, grow, and widen your world. They can expand your knowledge and awareness, help you to feel more comfortable with your position, and allow you to safely explore the possibilities for your future. They will enable you to meet new friends who share your dedication to helping girls develop for their future.
