Your Gift
Makes a Difference
Girl Scouting makes a tremendous difference in the lives of girls.
It is our commitment that every girl, everywhere, may receive the
benefits of Girl Scouting. But we cant do it alone. Your tax-deductible
contribution, large or small, to Girl Scouts of Spar and Spindle
Council supports exemplary programs for girls that are delivered
by caring, qualified adults. Financial support from individuals,
businesses, and foundations is needed to advance the work of the
council. We welcome support of Girl Scout families, alumnae, adult
volunteers, corporations, small businesses, foundations, and community
friends. Give generously and know that your gift will be used wisely
to shape todays girls into tomorrows women.

There are Many Ways to Give
Annual Giving Family Partnership
Family Partnership is an organized,
council-wide campaign conducted by adult volunteers to obtain
annual contributions for Girl Scouting in our area. It is a viable
way for parents, relatives, businesses and community friends to
tangibly express their belief in the value of Girl Scouting by
investing in our girls futures. 100% of the funds generated
from the Annual Giving Family Partnership campaign directly support
local programs for girls that promote leadership development,
new skills, community involvement, and fun.
Contributions to the Family Partnership
provide needed funds to recruit volunteers, establish troops,
train leaders, organize outreach programs for under served girls,
and develop exciting new programs! We ask every family to consider
what Girl Scouting means to the girls in their lives and to our
community as a whole. Then give as generously as you can. A contribution
of $25 or more is suggested; however, any amount that you can
afford is deeply appreciated. Check to see if your employer offers
a matching gift program. This is a great way to double or even
triple your gift! Click

Planned

Planned giving assists donors with their financial and estate
planning. It is possible to make significant gifts to an organization
that you love while realizing substantial tax savings. Typical
planned gifts include bequests, trusts, and life insurance. To
learn more about this opportunity to pass on Girl Scouting from
one generation to the next, please contact to discuss planned
gifts or request a brochure on WINGS: Women Investing in Girl
Scouting.
