Fun and Fit Program Girl Scouts of Spar and Spindle Council thanks Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for their funding of our "Fun and Fit" Program. This program is based on the Jump Up and Go program developed by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Jump Up and Go! is a multidimensional program that can help children, their families, and their communities become more physically active and develop lifelong healthy behaviors.
